Sr. Deployment Strategist, FDE - Financial Services
About this role
Managing complex customer engagements requires partnering closely with sales teams to perform deep technical discovery and map organizational landscapes for high-value artificial intelligence opportunities. Operating as part of a founding Forward Deployed Engineering initiative sponsored by executive leadership, the individual acts as a product manager for the field by defining Minimum Viable Products, authoring product requirement documents, and driving agile software delivery alongside engineering partners. Success in this role demands translating ambiguous multi-million-dollar business problems into structured technical requirements for data, integration, security, and operational readiness.
The position exists to bridge the gap between high-profile customer challenges and technical delivery from initial discovery through production launch and full adoption. Candidates who thrive in this environment combine executive presence with deep product thinking, technical fluency, and a hands-on delivery mindset to navigate both organizational and technical roadblocks. The role requires an individual who enjoys working onsite with customers between 25 and 50 percent of the time to ensure solutions move successfully from prototype to production.

- Manage war rooms during launches and drive solutions from initial deployment to full user adoption and proven business value.
- Codify reusable solution patterns and feed field insights back to product and engineering organizations.
What you need
