Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect (Greater China Region)

The engineering and field teams are looking for a Senior Delivery Solutions Architect to support strategic accounts across the Greater China Region by driving platform adoption and ensuring long-term technical success.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution, functioning as the primary post-sale technical lead for core product workloads. Responsibilities include shaping account strategies, guiding customers from onboarding to go-live, and coordinating internal resources to optimize platform usage and return on investment.
An ideal candidate brings extensive background in technical delivery within data and artificial intelligence, paired with native-level Mandarin proficiency to engage key stakeholders. Someone who thrives in a hybrid commercial-technical capacity and manages complex project roadmaps will do well in this position.
What you will do
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate platform adoption and platform growth within major accounts.
- Act as the accountable technical leader for specific customer use cases across multiple internal teams and selling groups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production and go-live technical issues related to agreed-upon use cases.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to accelerate key use cases into production while coordinating professional services engagement proposals.
- Engage with product and engineering groups to facilitate private previews, product innovations, and upgrade requirements.
- Provide regular key performance indicator reporting on customer health, investment status, and use case progression to leadership.
What you need
- Bring over eight years of experience leading technical project or program delivery within the data and artificial intelligence domain.
- Demonstrate programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Possess previous experience in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, pre-sales, customer success, or consulting.
- Understand solution architecture principles concerning distributed data systems and business value attribution.
- Demonstrate strong technical program management capabilities alongside stakeholder and resource accountability.
- Communicate fluently in Mandarin to conduct technical discussions and manage relationships across the Greater China Region.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
