What you will do
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to drive the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform among key customers.
- Act as the accountable technical leader for specific customer use cases, overseeing onboarding, enablement, and successful workload consumption.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical questions and escalation issues regarding production and go-live statuses.
- Coordinate Professional Services resources and leverage shared services, user education, and support teams to unblock customer progress.
- Develop comprehensive execution plans covering main use cases moving to production, user enablement, and product adoption.
- Provide regular KPI reports and internal updates on usage, customer health, investment status, and potential risks to the Technical GM.
What you need
- Bring at least 8 years of experience leading technical project or program delivery within the data and AI domain.
- Possess programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Demonstrate background in a customer-facing technical architecture, pre-sales, customer success, or consulting capacity.
- Understand solution architecture principles related to distributed data systems and business value attribution.
- Show expertise in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Be available to travel up to 30% of the time when required.
