About this role
Bridging the gap between static user interfaces and dynamic AI interactions requires a skilled professional who can make complex technology feel natural and human. At 6sense, the incoming Senior Content Designer will tackle the challenge of shaping how users experience the product through words, particularly across screens, standard flows, and modern conversations with artificial intelligence. Operating within Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, this team builds industry-leading technology focused on growth, retention, and efficiency.
Daily responsibilities involve partnering closely with product, design, research, and AI/ML teams to craft content that remains clear, useful, and strictly on-brand. The person in this role will design conversational dialogues, write and test system prompts, and build scalable content patterns that cover both traditional UI and generative AI elements. Candidates who think in systems, write with precision, and feel genuinely energized by the shift toward conversational interfaces will thrive in this environment.

- Design conversational flows for chat-based and voice interfaces, incorporating multi-turn dialogue, disambiguation, and error recovery.
- Write, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions that shape AI-generated content surfaced to users.
- Partner with machine learning and AI engineers to evaluate model outputs for voice, clarity, bias, and hallucination risk.
- Build and maintain content patterns, voice and tone guidelines, and a scalable content design system for static and dynamic UI.
- Collaborate across product management, design, and research teams to represent user needs for clarity during every product decision.
- Utilize qualitative research and quantitative metrics such as task success, drop-off, CSAT, and containment rates to inform content choices.
- Review peer writing, mentor junior content designers, and advocate for accessible, inclusive, plain-language content.
What you need
- Bring five or more years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate at least one to two years of specific experience working on conversational or AI-driven surfaces.
- Possess hands-on prompting or prompt engineering experience involving LLM-powered features.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating traditional UX writing craft alongside at least one project featuring conversational or generative AI content.
- Exhibit the ability to work directly with AI and machine learning teams to read model outputs critically and provide structured feedback.
- Show strong systems thinking with the capability to design single strings and scalable patterns simultaneously.
