About this role

The team at 6sense builds industry-leading technology focused on growth, retention, and efficiency. This team is shaping how users experience the company's product through words across screens, flows, and conversations with AI. Team members partner closely with Product, Design, Research, and AI/ML teams to craft content that remains clear, useful, and on-brand for everything from button labels to multi-turn dialogue with an AI assistant.

The Sr. Content Designer owns content design end-to-end for a product area, designing conversational flows and building scalable content systems. The person in this role will write and test prompts, evaluate model outputs for bias and hallucination risk, and collaborate across disciplines from discovery through delivery. Ideal candidates think in systems, write with precision, and feel genuinely energized by the shift toward conversational and AI-generated interfaces.

This role exists to ensure that product interactions remain accessible, inclusive, and easy to navigate as the platform incorporates more advanced AI capabilities. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous product environment and brings a strong portfolio demonstrating craft in both traditional UX writing and generative AI content will do well here.

What you will do

  • Own content design end-to-end for a designated product area from early flow sketches through shipped, measured experiences.
  • Design conversational flows for chat-based and voice interfaces, incorporating multi-turn dialogue and error recovery.
  • Write, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions that shape AI-generated content surfaced to users.
  • Partner with machine learning and AI engineers to evaluate model outputs for voice, clarity, bias, and hallucination risk.
  • Build and maintain content patterns, voice and tone guidelines, and a scalable content design system.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to represent user needs for clarity in product decisions.
  • Use qualitative research and quantitative metrics to inform and defend content decisions.
  • Review and elevate the work of other writers and designers while mentoring junior content designers.

What you need

  • Bring five or more years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a closely related field.
  • Have at least one to two years of experience working on conversational or AI-driven surfaces.
  • Demonstrate hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLM-powered features.
  • Present a portfolio showing strong craft in traditional UX writing alongside conversational or generative AI content projects.
  • Possess familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices.
  • Demonstrate experience with tools like Figma, collaboration platforms like Ditto, and LLM consoles.

Nice to have

  • Experience building a conversational design system or an AI content style guide from scratch.
  • Familiarity with agentic or RAG-based product patterns, multi-modal AI experiences, or evaluation frameworks for generative content.
  • Background in linguistics, taxonomy, or information architecture.
  • Prior experience shipping AI features at a B2B SaaS or Martech/AI company.

Benefits

  • Health coverage
  • Paid parental leave
  • Generous paid time-off and holidays
  • Quarterly self-care days off
  • Stock options
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning platform and wellness education sessions
