Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical support to customers via Zendesk while maintaining high CSAT and meeting SLAs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for incident management, handling initial triage, communication, and procedural rigor during the incident lifecycle.
Diagnose and resolve issues concerning virtual machines, hardware failures, and scaling tests with command-line tools.
Manage alert triage, prepare for maintenance windows, and perform node delivery testing.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve critical system issues.
Collaborate closely with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from initial triage through root cause analysis delivery.
Follow global team collaboration and handoff workflows for ticketing and on-call procedures.
Create knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or at least 4 years of equivalent technical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a customer support role within cloud, storage, or networking settings.
Strong command-line interface expertise in Linux operating environments.
Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative code management.
Knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, workload managers like Slurm and Terraform, and monitoring software like Grafana.
Familiarity with public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Understanding of High-Performance Computing technologies such as InfiniBand, RDMA, RoCE, and Software Defined Networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage competing escalations.

Nice to Have

Professional certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, AWS Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Solutions Architect, or Developer credentials.
Certifications in NVIDIA AI Infrastructure and Operations, Generative AI, or Linux Foundation administration.
Experience utilizing automation tools and scripting languages.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train colleagues.
A strong interest in supporting sustainable technology initiatives.
