This senior analyst guides stakeholders through digital and AI transformations by acting as the vital link between enterprise strategy and implementation. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, mapping value streams, defining functional requirements for machine learning systems, and leveraging generative tools like Claude and Glean to accelerate analysis and solution design.
What you will do
- Lead high-impact discovery interviews and workshops with executives and business stakeholders to uncover root-cause problems and define project scope.
- Map current and future value streams to identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Elicit and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria specifically for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI features.
- Support experimental rollouts, pilots, and proof-of-concepts by designing tests and managing feedback loops.
- Partner directly with software architects and developers to ensure final technical designs meet stated business objectives.
- Use generative artificial intelligence tools to accelerate daily documentation, synthesize themes, and recommend future operational states.
What you need
- Bring six or more years of professional experience working in business analysis or product development within the data and analytics industry.
- Possess at least four years of hands-on experience operating in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in facilitating cross-functional workshops and translating ambiguous needs into structured user stories.
- Showcase familiarity with agile life cycles and common collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Maintain practical experience leveraging artificial intelligence to speed up day-to-day analysis and delivery tasks.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of adoption, change management methodologies, and standard strategic frameworks.
