Role Overview

The AI Services Lead position at phData focuses on the company partnership with Anthropic. This role requires activating newly landed accounts, driving end-to-end delivery, and expanding client relationships. The individual acts as the primary trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, taking personal accountability for both technical delivery and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead activation for newly landed Anthropic-focused accounts to transition client interest into active, well-scoped engagements.
Own end-to-end delivery oversight to identify technical and delivery risks early.
Build and maintain documented account plans and use-case backlogs to scale pilots into multi-phase AI transformation programs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders in IT and business lines to shape data and AI roadmaps.
Partner with Anthropic field teams and internal sales, marketing, and delivery leadership to close expansion opportunities.
Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap discussions.
Mentor team members and contribute to internal playbooks and account planning frameworks.

Requirements

6 to 10+ years of professional experience in a hybrid delivery and sales role within consulting or professional services.
Experience scoping and delivering service engagements ranging from $50K to $1M.
Demonstrated history of owning both delivery quality and strategic account growth simultaneously.
Track record of building account plans and roadmaps that expand a single pilot into a broader program rollout.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior enterprise stakeholders like CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Nice to Have

Demonstrated success in turning a single AI or data pilot into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program.
Prior experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior technology and line-of-business leaders on AI and data strategy.
Experience creating formal, documented account plans and use-case backlogs specifically for generative AI or agentic AI rollouts.

Skills and Tools

Hands-on AI and data competency for agentic AI, large language models, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluations, and data architecture.
Direct experience with Anthropic platforms or comparable LLM and agentic AI platforms.
