Role Overview

Sisense is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time, remote position based in Ramat-Gan. This role suits a technical, customer-oriented professional with a strong background in client-facing technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives throughout the entire deal cycle to showcase the technical strengths of Sisense.
Conduct technical and business discovery sessions to qualify potential opportunities and identify specific client needs.
Create and present high-quality Proofs of Concept utilizing the Sisense platform, incorporating data modeling, dashboards, REST APIs, and embedding via JavaScript or React SDKs.
Coordinate closely with internal departments like Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Services to facilitate smooth deal progression and client handoffs.
Share knowledge internally and establish best practices for the broader Solutions Engineering and Sales departments.
Monitor industry developments in AI, analytics, and embedded technology to deliver strategic technical advice.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years working in a customer-facing technical capacity, such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
Practical background working with SQL, modern business intelligence tools, data warehouses, and ETL systems.
Working knowledge of JavaScript or related frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, with embedding experience considered a major advantage.
Broad familiarity with data analytics, cloud solutions, and SaaS infrastructure.
Capacity to operate autonomously while recognizing when to escalate issues.
Fluent in English.
Ability to thrive in a rapid remote work setting, which may involve occasional early morning meetings.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Python or alternative server-side programming languages.
Prior exposure to developer platforms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or embedded analytics.
Familiarity with value-based selling and standard sales workflows.
