Role Overview

The Solutions Engagement Manager (AI/ML) role involves embedding with clients to understand their needs and partnering with engineering teams to ship technical solutions. The position is based in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with clients to understand desired outcomes and translate them into actionable direction for engineering.
Act as the technical product manager by defining builds, reviewing system architecture, evaluating data pipeline designs, and assessing API integrations.
Challenge unclear requests by investigating the reasoning before engineering work begins.
Hold development teams accountable to commitments and quality while collaborating as a partner.
Handle project delivery tasks including planning, coordination, budget tracking, and forecasting.
Refine project management processes, tooling, and automation alongside the operations function.

Requirements

4+ years of project, program, or product management experience leading technology initiatives with mid- to large-size customers.
Hands-on experience working with or deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
Technical literacy in system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and ML model deployment.
Track record of delivering custom-built software and data solutions with measurable business impact.
Domain expertise in energy, utilities, real estate, logistics, climate, or infrastructure.
Experience managing complex initiatives in ambiguous environments.
Familiarity with cloud-native environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines and software development practices.
Residency in the Seattle area for client engagements and ability to travel twice per year for company summits.
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
