What you will do
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across assigned territories.
- Serve as an expert solutions architect and trusted advisor to build technical credibility with stakeholders and drive product adoption.
- Enable clients at scale through interactive workshops and customer-facing collateral that increases technical knowledge.
- Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations to influence the product roadmap for engineering teams.
- Handle complex technical challenges as a tier-3 escalation point to ensure customer success in mission-critical environments.
What you need
- Bring at least six years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role that involved influencing technical executives and driving product adoption.
- Demonstrate credibility in shaping analytics, business intelligence, and natural-language or agentic AI products.
- Show a deep understanding of AI governance, security practices, and methods for guiding customers through security blockers.
- Possess experience architecting governed analytics solutions that integrate semantic models, data warehouses, and metric layers within broader lakehouse ecosystems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python alongside hands-on experience in major public cloud environments.
