What you will do
- Manage the complete commercial and operational lifecycle of complex infrastructure deals from initial architecture to contract execution and account expansion.
- Structure large-scale compute, networking, and platform commitments in close coordination with internal sales, legal, finance, and product teams.
- Design pricing models, term structures, and deal frameworks that balance customer flexibility with the company's commercial objectives.
- Lead the deal desk function for infrastructure commitments by providing real-time guidance and pricing alignment to the global field team.
- Engage directly with customer executive leadership, procurement, and legal teams during multi-stakeholder infrastructure negotiations.
- Partner with product specialists across core services, AI runtime, developer services, and data services to build integrated proposals.
- Translate customer feedback into direct input for product, engineering, and capacity planning teams.
What you need
- Ten or more years of experience in enterprise infrastructure sales, deal structuring, or commercial operations at a cloud provider, hyperscaler, data center operator, or large-scale technology vendor.
- Five or more years owning or shaping the commercial structure of large infrastructure commitments, including cloud compute agreements, GPU infrastructure contracts, or data center agreements.
- Deep understanding of how AI companies evaluate, procure, and operationalize infrastructure across technical, financial, and organizational dimensions.
- Working knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, and Kubernetes platforms combined into integrated infrastructure commitments.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across sales, operations, finance, and legal stakeholders in a deal structuring capacity.
- Track record of engaging at the executive level with C-suite, VP-level procurement, and legal leadership during complex commercial negotiations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a deal desk, commercial operations, or strategic deals function at a cloud provider or hyperscaler such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
- Background in AI infrastructure procurement or sales with direct experience structuring GPU infrastructure agreements or HPC contracts.
- Experience building and scaling deal processes, including playbooks, approval workflows, and pricing frameworks for a distributed field organization.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
