Role Overview

As a Solution Operations Manager based in Paris, the postholder acts as the primary Technical Program Manager to account leadership. Working alongside deployment strategists, forward-deployed engineers, and applied scientists, this individual oversees end-to-end technical program management, governance, and daily account operations. The role requires regular on-site travel to customer locations across Europe approximately thirty percent of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Program Lead's strategic vision is effectively adopted and understood by both the internal account team and the enterprise client.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making through weekly cadences, steering committee preparation, and risk management dashboards.
Partner with account leadership to scope transformative programs, define use cases, and establish measurable business value frameworks.
Oversee delivery frameworks, manage timelines and milestones, track progress, and proactively mitigate potential project delays.
Build and enhance internal tools and platforms to automate workflows and eliminate manual friction in planning and reporting.

Requirements

Possess an engineering or equivalent technical background with three to five years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs within a tech company, scale-up, or enterprise organization.
Genuine fluency in using artificial intelligence tools to automate personal workflows, drafting, analysis, and project management tasks.
High agency, customer-centric mindset capable of engaging senior enterprise stakeholders and translating business strategy into technical execution.
Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to operate comfortably within a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have
