About this role
Relay is building smart radios and a connected cloud ecosystem that combine voice and artificial intelligence to support frontline workers. The engineering team focuses on developing tools that capture tribal knowledge, turning spoken conversations into actionable intelligence and structured data for operators, builders, and caregivers.
Summer interns join the engineering group to collaborate on core product features, developer enablement tools, and AI-driven workflows. Participants own a complete project from initial kickoff to a final company-wide presentation, receiving mentorship and regular exposure to executive leadership.
Ideal candidates are ambitious undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in technical fields who bring foundational development experience and strong machine learning knowledge. Individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate curiosity, and care deeply about product quality will succeed during this immersive summer experience.
