The base salary range is $140,000 to $155,000 USD, with actual compensation varying based on location, skills, and experience. Additional perks include an equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Team members also receive a flexible PTO policy, 12 company-paid holidays, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and a $500 work-from-home stipend.
