Role Overview

Mysten Labs is hiring a Software Engineer for Partner Solutions to join the growing Solutions Engineering team in Greece. This remote position allows candidates to work from Greece with a strong preference for Athens or Thessaloniki, alongside occasional attendance at the Athens office. The role is well-suited for a developer with at least two years of professional experience who wants to build next-generation decentralized applications and shape the future of web3 infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test full stack applications while utilizing AI coding agents to speed up development without sacrificing security or code maintainability.
Partner with international stakeholders to onboard and port various solutions to Sui, traveling when necessary.
Transform partner requirements into technical specifications and quickly construct proof-of-concept applications.
Build and visualize web user interfaces that enhance the experience for global partners and blockchain developers.
Analyze the Sui platform capabilities to leverage features and help guide platform evolution.
Conduct research on blockchain technology and client industries to support technical choices.

Requirements

Hold a degree in computer science or a related field, or possess equivalent practical software engineering experience.
Bring a minimum of two years of industry software engineering experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language including TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
Possess background with UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
Have practical experience utilizing AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, covering prompt instruction, code review, and testing.
Understand relational databases and key-value stores.
Show familiarity with source code management tools like Git and GitHub.
Maintain strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Rust or Solidity.
Basic knowledge concerning distributed systems and related architectures.
