About this role
Supply chain companies struggle with manual workflows like scheduling, data entry, and load management that slow down operations. Pallet solves this problem by deploying AI agents that understand and execute requests in real time, transforming the physical economy.
The team is hiring a Software Engineer for Agent Delivery to deploy production AI agents inside major supply chain organizations. This person will work directly with customer operators, engineers, and executives to understand critical workflows, design integrations, debug production systems, and ship AI-powered workflows into fragmented environments. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations, requiring ownership of deployments from discovery to launch.
Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguous settings, possess a strong background in building production systems, and enjoy turning field lessons into reusable product capabilities. Someone who communicates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will do well here.
