Senior Member of Technical Staff, Product Engineering
About this role
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy by automating manual workflows across the global supply chain, including scheduling, data entry, and load management. The engineering team develops end-to-end platforms and generative AI products like CoPallet to help logistics providers and shippers drive business efficiency.
As a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Product Engineering, the individual filling this role will bridge the gap between enterprise customers and the AI platform, customize solutions, and build core features from the ground up. Working alongside experienced leaders from Google, DoorDash, and Scale, the engineer will own the product lifecycle from initial idea to deployment while designing data pipelines and backend systems that scale from hundreds to millions of users.
Ideal candidates bring deep backend and systems engineering fundamentals with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine influence over product direction will succeed on this early team.
