The person in this role will design scalable systems, write comprehensive documentation, define service-level objectives, and transition completed platform components to permanent teams. What you will do
- Build and maintain the Nora platform services, factories, and sandboxes used by internal teams to deploy artificial intelligence workflows.
- Develop connectors, services, and integrations that embed artificial intelligence into record-keeping and operational systems like Salesforce and Jira.
- Design and deploy net-new infrastructure capabilities when existing tools do not meet transformation requirements.
- Prepare documentation, define service-level objectives, and coordinate the long-term handoff of platform components to permanent teams.
- Drive measurable business outcomes including revenue generation, cost savings, and hours returned to internal operations.
What you need
- Bring at least three years of professional experience in software development.
- Demonstrate strong backend engineering capabilities using Python.
- Show fluency with the artificial intelligence development stack including Claude, Codex, Gemini, and provider APIs.
- Possess a proven track record of shipping platforms, APIs, services, or software development kits that other teams successfully utilize.
- Understand cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure along with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Apply solid fundamentals in computer science, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
