Role Overview

As the Social Media Producer, you will lead the growth and performance of the social ecosystem for Acquisition.com and the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. Operating within ACQ Media, you will own the strategy, editorial direction, and execution of short-form and platform-native content. This role bridges production and distribution by converting long-form series, podcasts, and daily content into high-retention assets that drive traffic back to YouTube. You will manage the Social Coordinator, optimize publishing pipelines, and implement AI-native production systems to build a repeatable content machine.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end social growth strategy to translate long-form videos into high-performing short-form assets that increase traffic, retention, and brand influence.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Social Coordinator while managing the publishing calendar and distribution workflow.
Review long-form content to pinpoint high-retention moments and provide clear editorial guidance to editors for optimal performance.
Build, test, and optimize repeatable AI-driven production workflows to boost speed, output, and quality.
Track cross-platform performance metrics, interpret data insights, and execute actionable strategy pivots.
Collaborate with the production team to guarantee social-first capture, organized asset management, and fast turnaround times.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in digital strategy, social production, or video-first content growth, supported by a proven record of scaling accounts.
Demonstrated experience managing at least one direct report and taking ownership of performance outcomes.
Exceptional editorial judgment with the ability to identify high-retention moments for specific platforms.
Deep familiarity with platform culture and distribution mechanics across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging formats.
An AI-forward operator mindset with active integration of artificial intelligence into creative and production workflows.
