Role Overview

The SEO & Organic Growth Specialist takes charge of the end-to-end organic growth strategy spanning search engine optimization and answer engine optimization. This position focuses on building brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Working within the marketing and revenue team, the specialist partners closely with content and web professionals to ensure every digital asset is optimized for rankings and citations from inception.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete organic growth strategy encompassing technical, on-page, content, off-page, and structured data elements.
Execute and act upon technical SEO audits covering site speed, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
Develop content and structures designed to earn citations in AI-generated answers and search engine overviews.
Establish and manage keyword and query strategies across proprietary trading, platform, and brokerage search terms.
Collaborate directly with web and content teams to build high-ranking landing posts and pages from day one.
Conduct competitive analyses to track competitor rankings, citation profiles, backlink growth, and content gaps.
Oversee digital PR and link-building campaigns to boost domain authority and third-party citations.
Monitor and report on organic performance metrics, linking rankings and traffic directly to business impact.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and shifting trends toward AI-mediated discovery.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of expanding organic traffic and search rankings.
Solid working knowledge of AEO and GEO principles for AI model citation.
Strong technical SEO capabilities, including the ability to interpret crawl reports and prioritize fixes independently.
Familiarity with standard search and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
Keen content instincts geared toward balancing search visibility with user conversion.
Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, or proprietary trading culture.
Ability to maintain speed and rigor within a fast-paced environment.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a rapidly scaling organization.
Authorization to work in the applicable country without employer sponsorship.
