The Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst position at Crusoe in Denver, Colorado is a full-time role suited for an experienced professional with a background in people analytics or HR technology. This position focuses on creating an AI-powered, self-service analytics environment that empowers the People team to utilize data-driven insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical and functional owner of the Visier platform, handling configurations, metric definitions, security models, and vendor relationships.
Integrate enterprise data platforms with Visier while collaborating with data engineering on upstream models and data quality oversight.
Design and execute a hybrid strategy blending pre-packaged HR dashboards with AI-assisted self-service exploration via tools like Claude.
Partner directly with Talent Acquisition, Employee Success, Total Rewards, and People Operations to translate business objectives into reliable metrics.
Establish data literacy training, office hours, and thorough documentation for non-analytical team members.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of professional experience in people analytics, HR tech, or a related domain.
Hands-on technical experience with Visier, including managing implementations or major capability expansions.
Proficiency in SQL alongside direct experience working within cloud data warehouses.
Comprehensive knowledge of the HR domain, encompassing recruiting, compensation, performance management, and organizational structures.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive human resources data securely while enabling safe, self-service exploration.

Nice to Have

Analytics engineering expertise utilizing dbt, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and dimensional modeling.
Familiarity with connecting warehouse data to large language models or agentic interfaces.
Prior experience working within the specific software stack including Rippling, Workday, Ashby, Lattice, TeamOhana, and BigQuery.
Experience leveraging alternative BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma alongside Visier.
Background working inside high-growth or infrastructure-focused operational environments.
