About this role
Researchers who thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy decoding how non-technical users build creative confidence will find a strong fit at Suno. As a senior qualitative UX researcher on the mobile team, the chosen candidate will tackle foundational questions about individuals who open the application with no prior vocabulary or understanding of audio editing. This role exists to shape the future of a creative entertainment platform by uncovering how everyday people interact with generative music tools.
Working as a direct partner to product managers, designers, and engineers in Los Angeles, the individual will lead generative and in-person studies that influence product direction. The position demands high ownership, intense pacing, and the ability to combine deep qualitative insights with survey and behavioral data. Anyone joining this team will help establish entirely new interaction patterns for consumer AI products while working alongside a close-knit group focused on audio creation.
