Suno is building a creative entertainment platform designed to help people experience the fulfillment of making music. The engineering and product groups develop technology utilized by everyday users alongside Grammy-winning artists creating popular hits.
Suno seeks a Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher based in New York to shape product and growth decisions through rigorous measurement and research. The individual in this position will partner with product and cross-functional leaders in growth, monetization, and subscriptions to address questions around pricing, packaging, and conversion.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives that guide product, growth, and monetization strategies.
- Apply various research methodologies to analyze customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and data teams on cross-functional projects.
- Develop scalable methods for measuring product performance and customer sentiment over time.
- Translate research findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders regarding next steps.
What you need
- Possess experience leading quantitative or mixed-methods research for consumer services or products.
- Demonstrate the ability to choose practical and rigorous research methods based on specific business contexts.
- Demonstrate comfort working with behavioral data, surveys, experiments, and related customer insights.
- Communicate clearly to help cross-functional partners translate research insights into actionable decisions.
- Show curiosity, collaboration skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity within a fast-moving operational environment.

The annual salary range is $176K to $220K before equity. The package also includes a company equity offering.
