The Senior Technical Recruiter – Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence (Contractor) at TRM Labs is a remote, contract-based position within the United States that drives the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top-tier talent for specialized teams. Key Responsibilities

Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams.
Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that help find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of hiring.
Conduct intake meetings, open positions in the ATS, design interview processes, and configure interview plans within 72 hours of receiving a position.
Analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cybersecurity or threat intelligence companies.
Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.
Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements, showcasing flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change.
AI fluency to accelerate and reimagine workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage.
