TRM Labs seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join the G&A department on a contract basis within the United States. Key Responsibilities

Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits top talent to the organization.
Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle across a diverse variety of roles and teams.
Create consistently positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint of the hiring process.
Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to find and hire a diverse, exceptional team.
Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase overall hiring efficiency.

Requirements

Bring 5+ years of recruiting experience gained within high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
Demonstrate proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles utilizing sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies.
Possess the ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and advise hiring managers.
Showcase flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change when quickly familiarizing with new roles and requirements.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to partner effectively with hiring managers, build trust, and manage expectations.
Exhibit strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this United States role is $153,000 to $172,000 per year.
