What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex technical epics from initial planning through release and closure.
- Manage delivery across multiple engineering teams while handling scope, timelines, quality, and dependencies.
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable workstreams, milestones, and structured delivery plans.
- Drive engineering execution by tracking progress, managing risks, and proactively resolving impediments.
- Establish robust delivery governance including status reporting, RAID management, and executive communication.
- Support Agile ceremonies and adapt delivery practices based on the specific needs of the programme.
What you need
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience with significant focus in technical project management and engineering delivery.
- Demonstrate proven experience managing large technology programmes involving multiple teams and dependencies.
- Bring a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, and modern engineering practices.
- Show extensive experience utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies for backlog management and sprint planning.
- Exhibit brilliant written and verbal communication skills alongside strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution abilities.
