Role Overview

Capco seeks an AI Governance Lead to join the Data and AI practice in Hong Kong. The professional will operate within a leading corporate and investment bank to translate global artificial intelligence regulations into actionable policies, controls, and governance structures.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the implementation of a globally consistent approach concerning regulatory changes related to artificial intelligence and Responsible AI governance.
Track evolving artificial intelligence regulations and convert requirements into practical governance controls and processes.
Create and maintain artificial intelligence governance policies, procedures, and frameworks supporting safe utilization.
Coordinate regulatory engagements regarding artificial intelligence across various markets, functions, and businesses.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Business to oversee use cases and compliance.
Deliver regular reporting to senior management regarding regulatory developments, governance metrics, key risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within consulting and/or financial services delivering impactful artificial intelligence transformation initiatives.
Extensive background in Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk, or regulatory change inside the financial services sector.
Thorough comprehension of artificial intelligence regulations, expectations, and Responsible AI practices.
Demonstrated history of developing and executing governance controls, policies, and frameworks within complex organizations.
Solid expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management, ideally gained inside a global financial institution or bank.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and functions.
Leadership and communication capabilities demonstrated through leading complex governance or regulatory initiatives and teams.
