About this role

Organized professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements will find themselves at home leading compute infrastructure delivery at CoreWeave. The team builds and scales the core GPU and CPU infrastructure powering customer workloads across rapidly expanding data centers. Working in this capacity means translating complex business priorities and customer demands into structured delivery plans, guiding assets from infrastructure handover through provisioning, validation, and operational acceptance.

This role exists to maintain a clear line of sight into fleet capacity, surface gaps between forecasted availability and customer requests, and drive cross-functional actions to close those gaps. Success requires partnering closely with compute, networking, data center, fleet operations, product, and go-to-market teams to coordinate provisioning and transition programs. Individuals who excel here bring a technical understanding of hardware integration and a proven ability to influence without direct authority while keeping complex schedules on track.

What you will do

  • Lead fleet delivery programs from infrastructure handover through provisioning, validation, and operational acceptance while tracking upstream readiness dependencies.
  • Partner with product, go-to-market, and capacity planning teams to translate customer specifications into actionable delivery plans.
  • Maintain an integrated view of commitments, forecasts, dependencies, blockers, and accountable owners across engineering and operations teams.
  • Assess gaps between business demand and fleet delivery capabilities to develop mitigation options and drive resource tradeoff decisions.
  • Drive the resolution of provisioning and validation blockers by escalating based on delivery impact and communicating changes promptly.
  • Establish clear provisioning, validation, and operational acceptance criteria with engineering and operations owners.
  • Define and use metrics for delivery throughput, time to readiness, forecast accuracy, and capacity blocked by cause and age.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and translate deployment lessons into prioritized improvements for fleet tooling, automation, and processes.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Seven or more years of experience in technical program management or related engineering delivery roles with complex compute infrastructure deployments.
  • Technical understanding of server provisioning, networking dependencies, hardware and software integration, validation, and operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical delivery plans with clear scope, milestones, and criteria.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional execution, influencing without direct authority, and driving prioritization with stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently investigate delivery data, reconcile conflicting sources, define meaningful metrics, and guide dashboard development.
  • Experience establishing effective delivery processes in rapidly changing environments with incomplete data and evolving requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain delivery feasibility, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and business leaders.

Nice to have

  • Experience coordinating infrastructure deployment readiness for new GPU platforms or compute service offerings.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure dependencies, including power, cooling, and networking.
  • Experience coordinating reprovisioning, hardware refreshes, or infrastructure transitions supporting existing customers.
  • Experience using analytical tools or query languages like SQL to investigate infrastructure data and improve reporting.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid for by CoreWeave
  • Company-paid Life Insurance and voluntary supplemental life insurance
  • Short and long-term disability insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and Health Savings Account
  • Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • Mental Wellness Benefits through Spring Health and Family-Forming support by Carrot
  • Paid Parental Leave, flexible childcare support, 401(k) with employer match, and flexible PTO
