Role Overview
Reddit is seeking a technical leader to direct the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its large-scale GenAI Platform. In this role, the engineer will own the end-to-end platform architecture from concept through production adoption. The base salary range for this position is $292,500 to $409,500 USD, with final offers determined by skills, depth of work experience, and relevant credentials. The role is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units.
