About this role

Guiding customers through architecture reviews, hands-on workshops, and complex integration hurdles forms the core of daily responsibilities in this position. The SaaS Specialist team partners closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering departments to ensure clients extract lasting value from the platform as they scale. Professionals in this function act as teachers, builders, and trusted advisors who turn vague customer ideas into clear technical plans.

Candidates will spend time building reusable reference architectures, sample code, and demo environments while directly contributing to product development through documentation, bug fixes, and integrations. The organization seeks individuals with a background in customer-facing technical roles who possess strong communication skills and comfort working in Linux environments. Success in the role requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities and break down messy, open-ended problems into structured execution plans.

What you will do

  • Educate the field team through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides, and office hours to support confident sales and delivery.
  • Design and execute hands-on customer workshops focused on architecture reviews, feature adoption, and post-sale planning.
  • Develop reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, and integration templates.
  • Participate in high-priority customer engagements to resolve complex technical blockers and validate operational workflows.
  • Contribute directly to product artifacts including examples, internal tools, documentation, integrations, and bug fixes.
  • Guide customers through the design, testing, and troubleshooting of platform integrations involving APIs, data flows, and identity management.

What you need

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, field engineering, or SRE.
  • Proficiency in Python with the ability to read and write code during live customer interactions.
  • Hands-on operational experience utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling like Terraform.
  • Solid background working with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Day-to-day comfort operating within Linux and Unix environments.
  • Strong communication abilities capable of bridging technical concepts for both engineers and customer executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience building workshops, playbooks, or enablement content for sales and field teams
  • Background in MLOps, LLMOps, or building end-to-end machine learning and AI pipelines
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tooling and working directly with large language models
  • Experience with data pipeline tools and common enterprise integration patterns
  • Track record of shipping reusable technical assets adopted by other engineering teams

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance 100% paid for by CoreWeave
