Writing and maintaining scalable SaaS applications using .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern UI frameworks like Flutter or React forms the daily core of this position at Zenoti. Engineers in this group take full ownership of feature delivery from design to production health, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot throughout the engineering lifecycle. Team members also collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build customer-centric solutions for the beauty and wellness industry.

What you will do
- Design, build, and evolve scalable SaaS applications using .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, and modern UI frameworks.
- Own the end-to-end development, technical success, estimation, and planning of significant features within a product module.
- Drive testing standards, improve test automation infrastructure, and maintain compliance and security requirements for owned components.
- Monitor production health, configure alerts and dashboards, and handle incident response for deployed features.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor across design, implementation, debugging, and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment to deliver customer-centric workflows.
- Write clear design documents and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
What you need
- Bring five to seven years of experience designing and building enterprise-scale SaaS applications using Microsoft technologies and modern UI frameworks.
- Demonstrate three or more years of experience building highly available, scalable, distributed cloud services on AWS or Azure.
- Possess strong system design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to independently own complex technical problems.
- Have hands-on production experience using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Apply strong engineering judgment to critically review AI-generated code for security, performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate well within a fast-paced, continuously evolving product organization.
