Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the end-to-end product experience for AI applications implemented within enterprise customer systems, managing the process from discovery to ongoing iteration.
Engage directly with clients to comprehend daily workflows, identify operational challenges, and define success metrics.
Convert ambiguous client requirements into precise technical and product execution steps.
Construct complete, production-grade full-stack capabilities, spanning underlying data structures and application programming interfaces to user-facing interfaces.
Partner alongside Applied AI and Platform teams to deliver cohesive, reliable solutions.
Refine applications quickly based on actual user feedback and usage metrics.
Define reusable patterns and engineering benchmarks to support organizational scaling.
Identify trends from customer deployments to shape the broader organizational product strategy.
Requirements
Bring five to six or more years of professional software development experience, emphasizing strong backend proficiency alongside full-stack capability.
Demonstrate a proven history of product engineering with high standards for overall user experience and application quality.
Show previous tenure at organizations where craftsmanship was a core value and priority.
Exhibit technical proficiency across modern technology stacks, including backend frameworks, APIs, data modeling, React, and TypeScript.
Possess a strong sense of product intuition to identify and resolve user experience flaws across any layer of the application.
Make pragmatic technical decisions aligned with product goals rather than pure architecture.
