The Senior SEO/GEO Analyst position at Siege Media is a full-time remote opportunity based in the US, ideal for search professionals with three to five years of experience who want to drive advanced organic and AI growth strategies. This senior execution role suits independent specialists ready to take on complex technical audits, mentor junior analysts, and shape visibility for world-class clients.
Key Responsibilities
Execute advanced, high-stakes SEO and GEO initiatives across client websites independently with minimal direction.
Lead complex technical audits, diagnostics, competitive research, and AI-answer research to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Deliver meticulously QA'd work, verifying all recommendations, site updates, and reports for accuracy prior to launch.
Conduct keyword, prompt, and competitor research to establish content and roadmap inputs for clients.
Implement and troubleshoot structured data and content optimizations to boost visibility across traditional search engines and AI-generated answers.
Build and interpret performance reports using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Peec AI.
Track and analyze AI search visibility metrics, such as citations, share of voice, and AI-referral traffic, and suggest improvements.
Participate in client calls and contribute to client-facing deliverables as required.
Help establish execution standards, document processes and playbooks, and mentor team analysts.
Manage multiple client workstreams autonomously, meeting strict deadlines and communicating progress clearly.
Partner alongside content and development teams to ensure timely and clean implementation of recommendations.
Stay current on SEO and GEO trends, introducing innovative tactics to the broader team.
Requirements
Possess 3 to 5 years of practical, hands-on SEO experience, featuring meaningful GEO or AI search work.
Demonstrate deep command of technical and on-page SEO topics, including crawling, rendering, indexing, structured data, internal linking, and site architecture.
Bring strong familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Peec AI.
Translate data points into clear insights and actionable recommendations rather than basic metric reporting.
Understand how AI search engines surface, rank, and cite content, and know how to influence those mechanisms.
Work independently with minimal guidance while owning output quality.
Maintain sharp attention to detail and a robust QA mindset.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients in a remote environment.
Handle multiple client workstreams and overlapping deadlines.
Utilize LLMs comfortably to accelerate and elevate daily workflows.
Work directly in HTML, including structured data implementation.
Use Google Workspace applications proficiently, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Background supporting SaaS, Fintech, or eCommerce clients.
Experience reviewing the work of other search professionals or mentoring peers.
