Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Intelligence position at Braze involves leading the Intelligence product area within the BrazeAI™ suite. The person in this role will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working alongside engineers and designers to optimize marketer strategies and automate decisions using machine learning and statistics.

Key Responsibilities

Build and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the Intelligence product area.
Partner with engineers on model quality and reliability to improve accuracy and reduce fallback behavior.
Define and track success metrics such as adoption, SKU attach, retention, and customer uplift to connect product decisions to revenue impact.
Make AI transparent and trustworthy by helping marketers understand model behavior and equipping go-to-market teams.
Collaborate closely with engineers and product designers to bring new products and features to life.
Monitor the competitive landscape of marketing AI to maintain a clear competitive advantage.
Run point on product launches in partnership with product marketing, customer success, and other go-to-market functions.
Establish and manage stakeholder expectations while communicating progress and decisions effectively.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong product instinct for turning complex algorithms into simple, trustworthy experiences for marketers.
Strong communication, storytelling, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills.
Proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a history of driving projects to successful completion.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and grow.

Nice to Have

Previously shipped machine learning or artificial intelligence-powered products such as recommendations, personalization, optimization, or decisioning.
Fluency in experimentation and measurement including A/B testing, holdout groups, and uplift.
Performance or lifecycle marketing experience.
Experience with recommendation systems, multi-armed bandits, or reinforcement learning.
Experience working at a B2B SaaS company or a high-scale technology startup operating at the scale of billions of users.
