Partner daily with machine learning, backend, and frontend engineers to translate model capabilities into essential tools, balancing trade-offs between quality, latency, cost, and time to market.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure complex technology feels simple, addressing edge cases and failure paths to build user trust.
Support enterprise client deployments by building strong relationships with champions and keeping key stakeholders informed.
Define success metrics, quality standards, and tracking systems covering model performance, adoption, retention, and support burden.
Prioritize ruthlessly between ambitious product bets and systematic friction removal.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a technical or engineering-heavy environment.
Demonstrated experience working closely with machine learning teams on products where model quality drives user value, including comfort discussing evaluation metrics and iteration loops.
Strong user empathy with a proven track record of diving into user workflows to remove friction.
Excellent product judgment and user experience sensibility to identify high-value problems and ship noticeable improvements.
Proven ability to collaborate with frontend, backend, and machine learning engineers to earn mutual credibility.
Strong analytical skills to define success metrics, read product data, and combine qualitative and quantitative evidence.
Clear and structured communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
High comfort level operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information and competing priorities.
Located at the Paris office with regular travel required to client sites in the United States.
Full professional fluency in English is required.
