Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager - AI Innovation owns the vision and strategy for a body of work at the intersection of intelligence technology and the core PXM platform. The position involves moving fast from concept to shipped value, experimenting alongside a trio of engineering and design counterparts, and running discovery on complex problems. Candidates will frame strategic options for leadership, build credibility across various departments like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and act as the face of the product area.

Key Responsibilities

Set and champion the vision and strategy for the AI Innovation area, aligning directly with business objectives and adapting continuously.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover underlying needs and business outcomes.
Use AI to speed up and scale signal collection alongside traditional discovery methods like customer interviews and usage analytics.
Apply hands-on AI fluency through direct experience building with LLMs, agents, and artificial intelligence tools.
Run tight experiments and pilots by defining hypotheses, tracking success metrics, and making data-driven decisions on what scales.
Partner closely with engineering and design managers to operate an effective trio.
Build and maintain relationships across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Advisory, Support, and R&D.
Identify synergies and risks across teams proactively and communicate status and blockers to senior leaders.

Requirements

5-8 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning outcomes in an ambiguous environment.
Demonstrated product judgment to frame strategy, weigh trade-offs, and defend a point of view to senior leaders.
Hands-on AI fluency, including real experience building artificial intelligence products and leveraging AI to optimize output.
Experimental discipline in defining hypotheses, setting success metrics, and running pilots.
Track record of leading discovery with technical audiences and distilling feedback into clear plans.
Experience prioritizing across competing time horizons with the judgment to decline misaligned work.
Communication skills that bridge technical and business audiences for internal and external presentation.
History of landing cross-team or cross-company initiatives that influenced company-level metrics.
