Truelogic seeks a Senior Product Manager in Panama for a full-time remote role leading AI-powered creative products for a luxury real estate and media client. This position suits an experienced product professional with a background in SaaS, MarTech, or creative media tooling who wants to build generative AI solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategy and execution of a new suite of artificial intelligence tools for creative and marketing use cases. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the person in this position will manage internal productivity tools for media producers alongside self-serve marketing software for real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap for AI-driven creative tools for internal production teams and self-serve agent platforms, establishing key performance indicators for adoption, speed, and revenue impact.

Discover and validate generative AI opportunities across text, image, video, and audio, collaborating with engineering to deploy models with brand guardrails.

Optimize workflows by mapping intake-to-delivery processes with designers and media producers, and engage agents to prioritize features.

Lead sprint planning and discovery while collaborating with executive, legal, studio, and engineering stakeholders.

Track user behavior, feature usage, and platform performance using product analytics tools to guide iterative strategy.

Requirements

Five to eight or more years of core product management experience in SaaS, MarTech, Digital Asset Management, or creative media tooling.

Hands-on experience integrating generative AI technologies such as large language models and media generation models into production software.

Proven track record of collaborating with creative roles like designers, video editors, and producers to productize craft-heavy workflows.

Proficiency in Agile delivery alongside engineering teams and hands-on experience with product analytics platforms.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in real estate technology, luxury branding, media production, or agency environments.
