Role Overview

Truelogic is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a core artificial intelligence team. The professional will work on data curation, model development, evaluation, and optimization to help organizations safely adopt artificial intelligence at scale. The primary focus involves building natural language processing models that detect risks such as sensitive data exposure, unsafe content, and adversarial prompts in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Build, clean, and maintain datasets tailored for natural language processing and security use cases, including adversarial examples and prompt scenarios.

Generate synthetic datasets using language models to address edge cases and enhance model robustness.

Train, fine-tune, and evaluate transformer-based models for real-time risk classification.

Develop custom classifiers and Named Entity Recognition models to identify relevant or sensitive information.

Design evaluation pipelines and benchmarks to track accuracy, false positives, and overall performance.

Optimize models and inference workflows for production environments prioritizing speed and efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering teams to transition experiments from research into reliable production solutions.

Analyze model performance metrics to uncover gaps and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or a related title.

Hands-on expertise with natural language processing, transformer-based models, and language model architectures.

Proficiency in Python programming.

Practical experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Familiarity with ecosystems such as Hugging Face and scikit-learn.

Experience training and fine-tuning models for real-world applications.

Background in Named Entity Recognition, tokenization, text classification, and data preparation using Pandas.

Knowledge of artificial intelligence security topics including prompt injection, adversarial inputs, and data privacy.
