Role Overview

In this high-visibility position, the selected candidate will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product. The role centers on embedding the AI assistant into the central inbox where teams triage, collaborate, and resolve high-stakes customer interactions. Responsibilities include making high-judgment decisions on priorities, managing trade-offs, and collaborating directly with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product to assist inbox users with everyday workflows.
Utilize quantitative data, qualitative user feedback, market research, and product intuition to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Lead end-to-end product development initiatives starting from problem definition all the way through launch and iterative updates.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design peers, alongside go-to-market partners like marketing, sales, and data teams.
Align key stakeholders and executive leadership by driving clarity, managing narratives, and inspiring team-wide action.

Requirements

Bring at least 7 years of product management or related experience within a technology-driven environment.
Possess strong systems thinking and design thinking capabilities to break down complex problems and build scalable user experiences.
Demonstrate exceptional product intuition, taste, and a standard for excellence.
Exhibit an ownership mindset focused on driving real business outcomes rather than just output.
Maintain deep customer empathy to resolve pain points and deliver delightful product features.
Offer stellar communication and collaboration abilities to influence senior leadership and motivate cross-functional groups.
Show execution-oriented tendencies with the ability to manage multiple work streams, make smart trade-offs, and ship on time.
Demonstrate fluency with artificial intelligence, including hands-on experience using or building AI tooling and understanding product nuances.
