Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager owns the AI and systems strategy for the service value chain, ranging from scheduling to invoicing, designed for dealership users who repair vehicles. This professional manages high-visibility capabilities that reduce manual steps and review times for business development center agents, technicians, and service advisors. Operating within the internal team known as JiraHunters, the individual sets frameworks, manages end-to-end product lifecycles, and ensures precision in solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete product lifecycle for artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered service capabilities covering scheduling, repair order management, parts operations, technician workflows, and invoicing.
Collaborate directly with machine learning and artificial intelligence engineers to identify, prioritize, and productize artificial intelligence use cases.
Establish success metrics including accuracy, adoption, time saved, and workflow efficiency while maintaining the roadmap.
Create scalable solutions across various dealership sizes, service volumes, and regional requirements.
Determine systems design and framework standards for other product managers.
Utilize data-driven decision-making for future product development.

Requirements

Possess eight or more years of product management experience managing customer-facing software-as-a-service products.
Demonstrate at least two years of direct artificial intelligence and machine learning product management experience, including building machine learning features and collaborating with data scientists or machine learning engineers.
Exhibit strong systems design and product architecture skills to design scalable technical solutions.
Show experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
Maintain strong business acumen and prioritization judgment.
Provide excellent written and verbal communication abilities to partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.

Nice to Have

Background in automotive service, aftermarket, or dealer and OEM service workflows.
Knowledge of diagnostic workflows, scheduling systems, or parts catalog systems.
Practical experience with large language models, natural language processing, or recommendation systems.
Familiarity with responsible artificial intelligence principles and model explainability.
Experience in operations research, process optimization, or workflow automation.
