About this role

Plentific is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team at the London office on a hybrid basis. This role suits an experienced product professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS and AI-native product development who wants to solve complex real-world operational problems.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will own a core product surface spanning diagnostics, intake, scheduling, status updates, and communications across web, mobile, messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, chatbot, and voice channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, this individual collaborates closely with design, engineering, data, operations, customer teams, and AI specialists. Responsibilities include utilizing agentic prototyping, defining quality gates for AI-powered experiences, turning user challenges into precise specifications, and determining when automation is production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and model jobs-to-be-done and workflows for users, providers, and operational teams, translating them into clear specifications for engineering and design.
Prioritize the product roadmap using product analytics, operational data, support contact drivers, and AI-readiness risk across scheduling, communications, and self-service surfaces.
Lead discovery sessions with users, housing providers, customer teams, and internal stakeholders.
Translate complex service problems into sequenced bets, measurable outcomes, and crisp trade-offs.
Own go-to-market strategies for customer-facing launches, ensuring launch readiness, release sequencing, and cross-functional alignment.
Build and manage evaluations for AI experiences, establishing criteria for output quality, format adherence, and continuous improvement.
Partner with engineering on LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, context management, prompt iteration, and cost-performance trade-offs.
Design human-in-the-loop controls for scenarios requiring escalation due to AI confidence limits, safety risks, or operational complexity.
Define privacy, consent, auditability, and data-handling requirements alongside security and legal stakeholders.

Requirements

6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing surfaces from discovery through launch and iteration.
Demonstrable background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, workflow, healthtech, proptech, fintech, or another regulated operational domain.
Proven experience building native mobile app products, covering iOS or Android from discovery to release.
Demonstrable experience shipping AI-powered product features from prototype to production.
Strong working knowledge of multimodal models, LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, tool calling, embeddings, RAG, and AI observability.
Hands-on fluency with agentic prototyping and AI-assisted product development tools.
Working knowledge of low-code automation platforms like n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.
Sound understanding of production AI risks such as hallucinations, retrieval failures, latency, cost, and privacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Located in London with the ability to work hybrid from the London office and possessing the right to work in the United Kingdom.
