Translate complex or ambiguous business problems into clearly scoped proofs of concept, use cases, and delivery roadmaps.
Build robust automation solutions utilizing tools like n8n, Tray.io, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and direct LLM application programming interfaces.
Integrate diverse corporate systems including Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Drive tool adoption through active end-user collaboration, internal training workshops, office hours, and clear documentation.
Define reusable patterns and maintain the internal AI tool catalogue while collaborating with Security and Legal to manage privacy, data access, and PII minimization.

Requirements

Possess five or more years of professional experience in applied AI engineering, software engineering, or a hybrid automation and solutions role.
Demonstrate hands-on coding ability in Python and TypeScript, alongside experience working with version control, REST APIs, webhooks, and basic CI/CD.
Bring practical expertise with low-code integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, n8n, or Tray.io, and agentic patterns using LLM APIs from OpenAI or Anthropic.
Exhibit a working knowledge of standard modern SaaS enterprise software including CRM, ERP, and support platforms.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of running internal user enablement and training.
Apply sound judgment regarding data handling, role-based access control, security, and the risks of autonomous AI systems.
Located in London with the ability to work in the office on a hybrid basis and hold the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with advanced agentic patterns including RAG, MCP, and evaluation frameworks.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced scale-up or SaaS technology environment.
