Role Overview

OKX is hiring a Senior Product Director, AI & Agent (Chatbot) to manage the organization's comprehensive artificial intelligence product agenda. This position involves driving both the user-facing conversational assistant and internal agentic systems for compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, while establishing the underlying shared infrastructure and governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of the conversational AI assistant, enabling users to onboard, trade, stay informed, and receive support through natural language.
Own the agentic artificial intelligence roadmap for internal operations, transforming high-leverage workflows into traceable, regulatorily defensible agent-driven systems.
Manage the product design of shared infrastructure encompassing orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance layers across all markets.

Requirements

Twelve or more years of experience in product and technology, including at least five years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale.
Demonstrated history of shipping conversational or agentic artificial intelligence products as an owner rather than a contributor.
Familiarity with large language model product architecture, including multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, evaluation, and safety design.
Experience operating within regulated environments requiring strict auditability and explainability.
Background combining consumer product instinct with operational product rigor.
Understanding of financial markets and user trust acquisition.
Executive-level communication proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Nice to Have

Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services operating at a global scale.
Graduate degree in a technical field.
Experience launching successful conversational or agentic artificial intelligence products.
