Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete design lifecycle for the end-to-end jobs ecosystem, covering search, discovery, job details, application processes, and post-application follow-ups.
Work alongside product, engineering, data science, and content departments to identify problems, develop solutions, and release polished features.
Contribute to the Home experience to ensure students view relevant content upon landing on the platform.
Utilize user research, qualitative feedback, and behavioral data to guide design choices that boost confidence and application completion.
Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, and experiments to validate different design paths.
Work alongside a Staff Designer and design leaders to align projects with overall network strategies.
Apply strong visual and interaction design craft to build trustworthy, user-friendly digital surfaces.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional product design experience, preferably working on consumer-facing products at scale.
Demonstrated background in designing intricate, multi-step flows such as search, onboarding, checkout, or application funnels.
Effective communication abilities to articulate design rationale and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners.
Proven visual and interaction design skills with a history of shipping quality products.
Familiarity with using quantitative and qualitative data to validate design decisions.
Experience integrating generative AI tools into design workflows to speed up ideation and prototyping.
Collaborative mindset with the capability to partner effectively with engineering, product, data science, and content teams.
Strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach to ambiguous challenges, and a drive to focus on student impact.

Nice to Have

Background in designing search, marketplace matching, or discovery experiences.
Prior work involving conversion rate optimization in application or funnel flows.
Knowledge of early-career talent pipelines, recruiting, or career services.
