Senior Partner Services Manager
About this role
Customer implementations often stall when third-party delivery partners lack proper guidance on deploying complex AI tools. To solve this operational bottleneck, Fin is hiring a Senior Partner Services Manager to share ownership of the implementation process alongside Service Delivery Partners and ensure clients realize maximum value from Fin's AI agent suite.
In this capacity, the person in this role will act as the primary Fin owner for partner-delivered projects, onboarding new service delivery partners and driving overall operational efficiency. Candidates who excel in this position typically possess strong technical fluency in SaaS and AI concepts, combined with an innate ability to build rapport and simplify complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.
What you will do
- Act as the primary Fin owner of partner-delivered services projects and ensure Service Delivery Partners have a seamless working experience.
- Onboard and certify new Service Delivery Partners on product methodology while continually upleveling existing partners.
- Enable partners to facilitate discovery of complex customer objectives and translate them into actionable deployment plans.
- Drive product adoption of AI features by helping partners execute tailored AI-first customer service strategies.
- Exceed portfolio key performance indicators including partner CSAT, Fin outcomes, escalation rate, and project management compliance.
- Own escalation and risk communication for at-risk projects by driving interventions and solutions while keeping leadership informed.
- Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with each service partner to ensure alignment towards stated operational goals.
What you need
- Bring six or more years of overall professional work experience.
- Possess at least four years of specific experience in an Implementation Manager role.
- Demonstrate technical fluency in core SaaS and AI concepts such as APIs, integrations, LLM basics, and automation logic.
- Exhibit curiosity with a passion for learning, technology, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Maintain the ability to make complex technical topics simple to understand for customers and consultants.
- Show adaptability and a willingness to experiment to find the best processes and solutions within a changing environment.
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience training on SaaS products or specifically with Fin
- Experience with AI Agents and or Large Language Models
- Past experience managing projects delivered by Consulting Firms
- Past experience in Customer Success, Support, Sales Engineering, Consulting, or RESTful API Integrations

Fin operates under a hybrid working policy. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week to stay connected and collaborate.
What is the salary range for this position?
The base salary range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $139,300 to $166,400. Actual base pay depends on factors such as education, skills, experience, and location.

You will work with core SaaS and AI concepts including APIs, integrations, LLM basics, and automation logic. The role focuses heavily on Fin's AI agent suite and partner deployment ecosystems.
What additional compensation might be offered beyond base salary?
Regular employees may be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive, as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
