Role Overview

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Management to lead the product strategy for HyperConnect, an intelligent customer engagement platform located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This professional will shape the future of artificial intelligence workflows by translating advanced machine learning capabilities into impactful, customer-facing features for global wellness businesses. Key Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the HyperConnect intelligent engagement hub.
Partner alongside engineering and data science teams to translate large language model capabilities into functional features.
Gather customer feedback to write clear requirements and maintain agile product backlogs for AI-driven engagement solutions.
Define conversational behaviors, prompt engineering strategies, and model fine-tuning parameters.
Collaborate across departments including design, sales, and customer success to launch high-performing artificial intelligence tools.
Track key performance indicators centered on engagement rates, revenue recovery, customer retention, and satisfaction scores.
Monitor emerging generative technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum of ten years working as a product manager or technical product manager, with at least one year focused on artificial intelligence or machine learning products.
Proven track record of launching solutions that utilize large language models, conversational interfaces, or multi-channel communication tools.
Working knowledge of generative concepts including retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, fine-tuning, and performance metrics.
Engineering or technical background enabling deep discussions with development teams.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data and guide product choices.
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical strategies to clients and leadership.

Nice to Have

Background working with omni-channel communication platforms across phone, SMS, web, and chat channels.
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service environments, specifically within hospitality, beauty, or wellness sectors.
Familiarity with natural language processing platforms and customer interaction analytics.
Master of Business Administration degree from a leading institution or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with operational challenges unique to the wellness industry.
