Role Overview

Exiger is hiring a Senior Manager for Marketing Operations & AI Enablement to work on a hybrid schedule in McLean, Virginia or Richmond, Virginia. The position focuses on overseeing marketing systems, streamlining campaign execution, managing lead flows, and introducing AI-driven process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily marketing operations encompassing campaign workflows, lead routing, service level agreement alignment, data quality, and reporting.
Oversee email marketing operations, including audience segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, compliance, and automated workflows.
Design and build AI-assisted workflows for campaign intake, email production, quality assurance, lead management, and post-campaign analysis.
Optimize marketing automation processes such as lead scoring, form strategy, nurture flows, attribution support, and the artificial intelligence sales development representative program.
Maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor funnel efficiency, email effectiveness, and workflow enhancements.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Information Technology, and Legal teams to ensure compliant technology usage and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing or revenue operations.
Background in marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management systems, account-based marketing tools, analytics, and lead management.
Hands-on involvement with email marketing strategy, segmentation, testing, and performance optimization.
Experience implementing artificial intelligence or automation within marketing operations and building workflows from inception to completion.
Technical troubleshooting abilities, HTML knowledge, and the capacity to work independently.
