About this role

Engineers who want to move deeper into product work and care about understanding user needs will find a strong fit at Exiger. The team builds an AI-native platform that automates supply chain and procurement processes for global enterprise and government customers through an autonomous agentic workforce. Daily work involves turning ambiguous problems into functioning product experiences using large language models, automation tools, and rapid prototyping while collaborating closely across application, data, and AI layers. Individuals who thrive here are curious builders who have already shipped real applications or automations and are eager to develop sharp product judgment alongside their technical skills.

What you will do

  • Transform customer and business challenges into live product features, prototypes, and automated workflows.
  • Design and orchestrate AI agents that can retrieve information, execute tasks, and interact with tools.
  • Experiment with prompts, retrieval strategies, model parameters, and evaluations to optimize use-case outcomes.
  • Write code and connect software applications to APIs and various data sources.
  • Engage directly with customers and internal users to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate unexpected system behavior and partner with engineering to implement reliable solutions.
  • Document experiments, architectural decisions, and results clearly for the broader team.

What you need

  • Demonstrated ability to build and ship real products such as applications, AI agents, internal tools, or prototypes.
  • Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of large language models and prompt design.
  • Programming proficiency in a language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data structures or SQL, Git, and debugging practices.
  • Capacity to navigate unclear problems, share early iterations, and adapt quickly to feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience building applications with commercial or open-source language models
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern software development practices
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or supply chain technology
  • Familiarity with product tools like Figma, Jira, or Confluence
