Role Overview
Reddit is searching for a strategic and analytical leader to build the community growth intelligence capability for the Community Growth organization. In this position, the professional translates open-ended opportunities into structured problems, quantitative opportunity sizes, solid investment cases, and executable plans. Operating as a bridge between Community and Product strategy, the individual establishes operating rhythms, defines measurement frameworks, and communicates results clearly to executive leadership. While this role initially manages a small team of analysts and strategists, the professional remains closely connected to hands-on data analysis, synthesis, and execution.

Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $223,600 to $313,000 USD, with final offers determined by factors such as skills, depth of work experience, and relevant credentials. In addition to base pay, the position is eligible to receive restricted stock units and potentially a commission based on the specific role.
